As our new Recruitment Manager, you will make sure that we have onboarded 100+ new qualified German Editors by the end of 2021! 🚀
How? By designing a recruitment strategy on how to identify, attract, and onboard (qualify) new editors effectively. You are able to use your skills and experience to develop a winning plan for attracting and retaining talent to grow Scribbr’s editor community.
By successfully taking on this challenge, you will set the basis for editor recruitment for all of our Proofreading and Editing languages and eagerly take the lead in developing Scribbr's own employer brand.
In this role, you will identify opportunities to attract talent for the Scribbr Academy and improve the efficiency of editor recruitment. At the same time, you will uncover and promote the various factors to make Scribbr an employer of choice and a great place to work for freelance editors.
At the beginning you will focus on recruitment and employer branding aimed at our editors, but ultimately you can grow and build a recruitment team that manages this for all of Scribbr, including Citation & Layout specialists and our full-time employees.
You have a strategic mindset and strong analytical skills, and are excited to take ownership of the complete development and implementation of (new) recruitment and employer branding strategies.
